3. Pricing and Payment
Currency: All prices are listed in Japanese Yen & USD unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be received within 10 business days from the invoice date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via TT, Bank Transfer
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or result in order cancellation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including Ro-Ro and container shipping.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their respective countries.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 1 day after order placement , if not purchased vehicle.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to a processed within 21 business days. If not purchased any vehicle
Non-Refundable Items: Certain fees, such as inspection and shipping fees, Dealer Charges Transpotation ect, are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chikara LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the purchase of vehicles. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific vehicle in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Chikara LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
